The Johnsonlink orthodontics patient appreciation party!

This year we are partying it up at Cheney Stadium! We have reserved a portion of the stadium just for our patients and their families to watch a Rainiers game, have a BBQ, and participate in lots of special activities. Current patients get in for FREE and extra tickets are available for purchase. We are so excited to see you there! Read the FAQs below to find out how you can join in on all the fun.

When is the party?

Friday May 24, 2024. The ballpark gates open at 5:30 pm. Our festivities begin at 6:00 (see schedule below). Patients must make reservations to attend (see “How do I make a reservation” below). Those who have reservations can go directly to the Johnsonlink Orthodontics booth, located near the park entrance at the first base gate, to receive your tickets into the park. Our team will be at the booth and ready to assist you starting at 5:00 pm.

Who’s invited?

Out of appreciation, Dr. Johnson and Dr. Lingenbrink are inviting their patients to this spectacular evening at the Tacoma Rainiers game. Patients who are currently in active treatment (full braces or Invisalign) or who have completed their treatment since our last patient party (May 2023-May 2024) may reserve a ticket for themselves and one other person (2 tickets) at no cost. Patients who are in our observation program and are waiting to start treatment, as well as patients who are currently in re-treatment or partial treatment, may reserve one ticket for themselves at no cost. If you would like to bring more family or friends with you, additional tickets can be purchased through our office. These tickets, which include entrance into the game and participation in all the Johnsonlink festivities, are $40 each.

HOW TO reserve a ticket?

Please fill out the form to the right to reserve your ticket(s). Tickets are limited, so please only reserve what you will use, and don't forget to cancel your reservation if you are unable to attend.

WHAT IS THE RAFFLE?

As is tradition, there will be fabulous prizes raffled off as part of our patient party. Patients can earn more raffle tickets before the party by:

1) wearing swag from their favorite baseball team to their orthodontic appointments

2) tagging us on Instagram in your posts or stories (@johnsonlinkortho). Please include your username in the reservation form so we can identify you (the patient only).

3) following us on Tik Tok (@johnsonlinkortho). Please include your username in the reservation form so we can identify you (the patient only). (If you already follow us, you will still get the extra raffle ticket)

If you would like to earn more raffle tickets through Tik Tok or Instagram, please let us know what username to look for by filling in the boxes on the reservation form. Tik Tok and Instagram usernames will only be used for the 2024 raffle and will not be otherwise connected to a patient in any way. Each username can only be used by one patient. Younger patients can use a parent's username if they don't have one.

Please make sure to include your username or else we can’t identify you on social media!

We will be drawing raffle tickets the night of the game (time TBD) and they will be posted on our website. They will be LIVE for everyone to see. If you won a prize, you will be picking it up at our Silverdale location on (date TBD).

Can i bring my personal belongings into the stadium?

Yes, however, Cheney Stadium does have a clear bag policy. Clear bags can not exceed 12”x12”x6”.

Important dates, times and information:

  • May 17, 2024 - RSVP deadline (last day to reserve tickets)

  • May 24, 2024 - The main event (party at Rainiers game)

    • 5:00pm to 7:00pm - Johnsonlink booth is open to distribute tickets

    • 5:30pm - Ballpark gates opens

    • 6:00pm to 6:30pm- Meet and greet with players

    • 6:00pm to 8:00pm - BBQ Buffet

    • Face painting and balloon artists at the BBQ

    • Raffle during the game

    • Fireworks following the game

  • Parking - Free parking. Please let a parking attendee know you are with Johnsonlink Orthodontics- It is first come first serve basis.

  • Tickets purchased through us are good for May 24th only and are NON-REFUNDABLE
